We offer an extensive variety of deli meats, frankfurters and sausages with no MSG, no trans fat and that are gluten-free. We offer more than a dozen cooked and uncooked varieties of sausage from original old country family recipes. Our franks and wursts come in many varieties and lengths, some are all beef and some are beef/pork varieties. Through our Thin ‘n Trim brand, we offer a variety of low-fat, low-sodium deli meats, from bologna to pastrami, including seven new chicken sausage flavors.
We adhere to strict operating standards and employ technologically advanced equipment to ensure consistent quality product. We are SQF (Safe Quality Foods) certified, an international food safety certification that requires a company have total control of all of its manufacturing processes.
